In this small secret valley nestle the co-lordship of the castle of Commarque, the castle of Laussel; all along the route we discover a shelter under rock and cluzeaux in which our ancestors have lived since prehistoric times; this walk is also an opportunity to discover an exceptional flora and fauna in a site classified natura 2000.

It is carried out in the bed of the river, with water up to the mid-thigh. This walk is done on pebbles or silty sand. This reinforces the action of the muscles which contract this having the effect of burning calories but also improving venous return and toning the leg.
